A few buddies have sent me the photo on Pinterest of the super adorable ornament with the following saying. When it was time to work on the kiddos teacher prezzies I knew what I was going to do. I tried to spray the inside of my glass ornament with Glitter Blast. But it didn't work out too well. I think the humidity here in Texas made the inside of the ornament all foggy and the Glitter Blast started to clump up. /facepalm
So off to the paint I went. White paint coats the inside and tho it's not the look I was going for, it worked!
Mustache stickers helped pull this together as I ran out of black paint and Sharpies were NOT doing what I needed them to do.
Using an Elmar's red paint pen I wrote the saying and then had the kiddos sign their names! Here is Mr. Adin's signature. His teacher was super excited to recieve it. She loves the Stache too!
What fun crafty things did you do for your kiddos teachers?
Sooooo stinking cute!!!! I think they turned out great. I read somewhere that you can coat the insides of those ornaments with floor cleaner, add glitter, shake and its all glittery. But I think this turned out just great how it is!
